Laser Trimming
Through the use of printed resistors, thick film hybrids offer extremely precise resistor values. Once printed, the resistor tracks can be laser trimmed to an exact value which offers much greater accuracy and choice of value over standard surface mounted resistors. We are also able to work with laser trimmable surface mount resistors on standard PCBs. We can calibrate resistor values under active or passive conditions. Depending on resistor value we can achieve tolerances up to +/-0.05%.
