With both medicine and food, it is increasingly important for manufacturers, suppliers, distributors and end users to have verifiable evidence that the correct environmental conditions have been provided and maintained from the moment of manufacture to the time that the goods are used. Industrial Processes
The EasyLog range offers a number of appliances suitable for recording data from industrial processes. The EL-USB-TC and EL-USB-TC-LCD accept a K, J, or T-type thermocouple for measurement of extreme temperatures (-200 to +1350°C) such as those found in industrial ovens and cryogenics.
For ambient temperature measurement in industrial environments the EL-USB-1-PRO's stainless steel 316 assembly offers a high degree of protection from immersion in water, corrosive chemicals, or oil based liquids and shock.
Many industrial sensors output either an analogue voltage or a 4-20mA loop signal to provide information on a particular process. The EL-USB-3 will record an analogue voltage whilst the EL-USB-4 can monitor a 4-20mA loop. Use:
