New Thick Film Screen Printers Improve Thick Film Capacity
The installation of two new AMI-Presco precision screen printers at Thick Film Hybrid manufacturer Corintech offer the benefit of improved capacity and accuracy for their customers. The printer systems have been purchased as part of Corintech’s capital re-investment programme for their thick film hybrid production facility in Fordingbridge, Hampshire.
The newly commissioned MSP 485 and MSP 885 printers were selected for their advanced operational features, speed of operation and versatility. They are capable of handling screen sizes 25% larger than other screen printers at Corintech. The machines have PC controllers that allow rapid operator set up, excellent repeatability and the ability to retain set up data between jobs.
Corintech’s £100,000 investment represents the latest stage of planned capital expenditure at its UK design and manufacturing facility.
